• Manage and deliver strategic initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline
• Conduct business analysis and provide consultative solutions for process improvements
• Develop detailed project plans, including cost estimates, resource plans, and implementation schedules
• Facilitate Agile/SAFe methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration
• Provide regular project status updates and manage stakeholder communications

• 7+ years of project management or relevant experience, ideally in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or healthcare-related field or equivalent
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional projects of varying size and complexity
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for business decision‑making
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• PMP Certification
• Experience with Salesforce technology and data analytics
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification
• Prior experience in supply chain management or logistics
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe project management methodologies
