Job SummaryThe Technology Program Analyst is responsible for preparing quotes in accordance with Script Pro programs to leverage new and existing technologies. This individual will assist in the development of sales proposals to ensure programs are accurately represented utilizing standard quote formats and pricing.
Reporting RelationshipManager, Sales Support Operations
ShiftGenerally, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires a combination of weekly on‑campus and remote work; specific days are determined by business need. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at Script Pro.
Scope OfThe Role
- Prepare quotes using standard quote formats and pricing tools
- Analyze and interpret quote requests to make accurate assessments of requirements based on approved programs
- Work in conjunction with Script Pro’s engineering, manufacturing, program management, and implementation teams to develop cost analysis for programs that require project pricing
- Provide recommendations to leadership for improving the effectiveness of programs and processes
- Support customer engagement as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing analysis, or a related role
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiencies (e.g., Excel and Word)
- Experience with Salesforce customer relationship management software is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills related to technology solutions
- Capability to communicate timelines and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and analysis skills; ability to assess risks/obstacles and provide positive alternative solutions as necessary
- Strong internal drive to maintain a high work ethic
- Adaptable to frequent change and desire to continue growing within the role
- Must have high‑speed reliable internet access with a hard‑wired connection
- Must have a distraction‑free home office workspace
- Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)
