• Salary up to $64,000

• Support Outreach Managers in project management, application review, field coordination, and customer communications
• Lead training and continuous education efforts, monitoring project timelines and quality
• Track, analyze, and report program data to aid management decision-making
• Review technical materials and maintain complete and compliant project documentation
• Identify and assist with cross-team process improvements and implementation

• Experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented problem solver with a creative, solutions-focused mindset
• Effective communicator with strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

• Experience in energy efficiency programs
• Understanding and familiarity with Southern Oregon communities
• Post-secondary education preferred
