Reports to: Director of Operations / E-commerce Lead
Compensation: $23 to $26 an hour
Role OverviewWe are hiring an E-commerce Coordinator to execute and maintain our Shopify store sites (multiple).
This is a supporting role
, not a strategy or creative role. You will build product listings, manage inventory and integrations, and ensure the store runs accurately and reliably, exactly as directed.
- Build complete product listings in Shopify from provided specs
- Set up variants, SKUs, pricing, and metadata accurately
- Upload and organize product images and assets
- Maintain collections, tags, and catalog structure
- Monitor and maintain Shopify apps and integrations
- Keep inventory accurate across systems
- Monitor Shopify sync to and from Ship Station
- Pull inventory and order reports, ensure inventory numbers are correct across systems
- QA all your own work
- Provide clear status updates and flag issues early
- Hands‑on experience working inside Shopify
- Comfortable building complete product listings
- Able to work within an existing theme/template (not redesigning it)
- Experience with Shopify apps and integrations
- Familiarity with inventory and order systems
- Strong attention to detail and QA habits
- Comfortable executing instructions rather than setting strategy
- Experience with multi‑SKU catalogs
- Experience working from SOPs or checklists
