Senior Data Analyst - REMOTE

• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in areas such as claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, and external reporting.
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms.
• Review data to determine operational impacts; elevate issues and opportunities to management.
• Develop reports and make strategic recommendations to management.
• Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and other analytical tools.
• Assist management in driving data-centric business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements through data quality audits.
• Train and mentor other Data Analysts.
• Assist with workload determination for Data Analysts.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience.
• Preferred experience in healthcare.
• Experience managing projects or involvement in project implementation.
