Associate Project Manager - Remote

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation under the guidance of senior project management staff
• Create project charters and plans outlining scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables
• Facilitate project meetings and working sessions, ensuring clear communication and documentation
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project outcomes
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors

• 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination roles
• Proficiency in project management systems and understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of change management principles and ability to lead teams through project changes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Certification such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or similar
• Experience working on project teams, assisting with planning and execution of projects
• Strong analytical skills for data and project metrics analysis
• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate project needs and propose solutions
