• Structure problems and build work plans by defining hypotheses and prioritizing analyses
• Lead core analyses, including financial and profitability analysis, operational diagnostics, and value-creation sizing
• Synthesize insights into a cohesive storyline and clear recommendations for executives and investors
• Manage workstream day-to-day, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate working sessions, present findings, and build credibility through effective communication

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational leadership
• Experience in complex environments such as industrials, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or energy
• Demonstrated strength in structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and executive communication
• Comfortable working in client-facing, ambiguous environments with high ownership
• MBA strongly preferred

• Experience in private equity value creation or large-scale transformation programs
• Military leadership experience in high-complexity settings
