Group Product Manager, HR Core

We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead and shape the strategic direction of HR core solutions across EMEA. In this role, you will oversee a team of product managers, driving the roadmap and execution of innovative HR products that impact global teams. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.

Your work will influence product performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes, while fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture. • Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy for HR core solutions, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers to achieve objectives while fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment.
• Collaborate across functions including engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and operations to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Monitor product performance and key KPIs to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for innovation.
• Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally, presenting product strategies and outcomes to stakeholders and customers.
• Partner with leadership to ensure alignment between product initiatives, business priorities, and market trends.

• Extensive experience in product management within B2B SaaS, with a proven record of managing teams and delivering successful product launches.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including guiding and mentoring product managers.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills a plus.
• Experience with remote and distributed teams is advantageous but not required.
