In this critical role, you will ensure compliance with customer requirements and maintain subcontract agreements, directly impacting operational efficiency. Your work will involve analyzing contracts, updating records in the ERP system, and collaborating across multiple departments. You will play a significant part in identifying process improvements and ensuring that subcontractors meet all compliance standards.
Your analytical skills will be essential in facilitating the management of contract documents and metrics, ultimately leading to higher service quality.
- Review customer contracts to extract necessary terms and conditions for subcontractors.
- Develop contract templates and send finalized documents to subcontractors using electronic signature software.
- Monitor the lifecycle status of contract documents to ensure compliance.
- Conduct outreach to subcontractors regarding contract documents and deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets with customer-specific requirements.
- Ensure new customer records are proactively reviewed for compliance.
- Create process documentation such as flowcharts and checklists.
- Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on contract terms.
- Meet regularly with leadership to review performance and suggest improvements.
- Develop ad-hoc reports for the Director of Subcontractor Compliance.
- Experience in contract administration.
- High proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data dissemination skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility in responding to changing demands.
- Knowledge of customer service and supply chain principles.
- 5 years of experience in contract administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
