Lead Product Manager - REMOTE

In this critical role, you will own and evolve the core accounting and financial operations systems that power the platform, impacting how thousands of properties worldwide handle pivotal transactions. Your responsibility will stretch from defining product vision to executing strategies for a seamless and scalable financial infrastructure.

This includes collaborating with various teams to tackle complex challenges in the hospitality industry. With a completely remote setup, you'll work alongside innovative minds to drive the future of financial systems in hospitality.

• Own the strategy and lead the execution of financial operations & accounting products.
• Lead end-to-end accounting integrations with a focus on clarity and a positive developer experience.
• Conduct user discovery to understand workflows and identify pain points.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements.
• Use data to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions.
• Define success metrics and track progress throughout the product life cycle.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and integration partners.

• 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products in finance or accounting.
• 2+ years of collaborating with fully remote, international teams.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Strong critical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Experience using AI as a tool for enhancing product outcomes.
• Curiosity to learn and challenge the status quo.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science.
