What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales enablement and partner engagement professionals
  • Own the strategy for enabling sales and partner teams to drive growth in B2B markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align enablement programs
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales and partner enablement content and tools
  • Drive adoption of new enablement initiatives and champion a culture of innovation
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or related degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or content development
  • Proven experience in people management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in SaaS, Fin Tech, or healthcare industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and/or Seismic
  • Experience in adult learning principles and training delivery
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize sales training effectiveness
  • Ability to present to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
