CPFR Team Lead - Royal Canin
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CPFR Team Lead to drive on-shelf in-stock excellence for Royal Canin products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building collaborative relationships both internally and externally. This is a hybrid position
, requiring a few days per week onsite at our Guelph office, combined with remote work flexibility. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing the CPFR function, and optimizing value chain operations in partnership with key business units.
Education & Professional Qualifications
- University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Operations, CPFR, Demand, Planning, and/or Logistics.
- Direct line management experience and/or experience developing teams, coaching Associates, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Experience partnering across organizations and functions to drive process and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate strategies into action, deliver results, and engage Associates behind a common goal/vision.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a 'can-do' attitude; demonstrated influencing and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders, effectively communicate, and manage change.
- Advanced skills in systems such as SAP or similar, and data reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP, Power BI, BW).
- Customer-facing experience is an asset.
- CPG and/or Retail, and Ecommerce experience is an asset.
- Ability to travel locally to customer sites (up to 10%) as required.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of CPFR Leads and Analysts across Ecommerce, Veterinary, and Retail Business Units, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that drives associate engagement, performance, and development.
- CPFR Strategy & Execution: Provide best-in-class CPFR leadership and support through account ownership and process execution, ensuring integration of best practices and continuous team development.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships to enable efficient issue resolution, anticipate customer needs, and influence behaviors. Communicate risks and opportunities to drive strategic alignment and mutual initiatives.

Collaboration:
Represent the voice of the customer internally and act as the key coordinator between Sales, Demand, Supply, and Logistics to deliver the right product, at the right time, in the right condition, consistently meeting customer expectations. - Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, develop and execute supply chain solutions, and drive improvements across all customer-specific KPIs.
- Analytics & Decision Support: Deliver and leverage enhanced analytics using customer data to identify and assess risks to strategic plans and support decision-making within the S&OP+ process.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between CAD 98,991.00 - CAD .
