• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement efficient business processes and workflows
• Participate in regional work groups to define requirements and create standardized workflows across the organization
• Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
• Support the configuration of the agency management system and design reporting outputs
• Facilitate training sessions for national and regional teams to address knowledge gaps

• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
• Solution-focused team player with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in tasks and responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits
• Experience with client relationship, agency, and learning management systems (CRM, AMS, LMS)
• Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
• Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results
