Global Chemicals Category Manager

* Bachelor’s degree – Chemistry or Sciences, Master’s degree in Business or Sciences is a plus. Certified Purchasing Manager certificate is a plus.
* 7+ years of experience in procurement, Supply Chain and/or Product Management position
* A strong knowledge of chemistry and chemical market background is preferred.
* Experience with strategic sourcing methodologies, structured contract negotiations and supplier performance management.
* Effective time management skills in order to facilitate multiple priorities and firm deadlines.
* Strong analytical, financial analysis and problem solving skills.
* Experience and working knowledge of SAP.
* Proficient English writing and communication skills required.
* Must be able to lead projects and teams effectively and drive for outstanding results.
* Remote working in Europe.
