Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, based in Pensacola, FL. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, presenting customized logistics solutions, and coordinating multi-mode transportation services. The Sales Associate will also contribute to RFP/RFQ management and support the business development team. This role allows for a combination of office-based and remote work opportunities.
Qualifications- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
- Knowledge of multi-mode transportation, logistics solutions, and RFP/RFQ processes
- Proficiency in analyzing business data and creating actionable insights
- Ability to manage freight bill audits and payment processes effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Problem-solving and time management skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
