This is a full-time role for an experienced Commodity Trader - forest products, building materials, agriculture, or other similar industry. We have open desks in Ogden, UT & Bend, OR but also offer flexibility to work from home. The position involves managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and coordinating logistics of sales. The Commodity Trader will work closely with suppliers and customers to execute transactions effectively and achieve business objectives.

• Strong skills in market analysis, data interpretation, and decision-making
• Proficiency in negotiation, sales strategies, and relationship-building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills to manage logistics and meet deadlines efficiently
• Knowledge of the lumber industry or commodity trading is a must
• Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
