- Serve as the key Commercial Process & enablement analyst within the Pelvic Health Operating Unit
- Lead end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations
- Manage the Sales Operations project portfolio, ensuring successful on-time delivery of key initiatives
- Collaborate with the Training team to design and deliver Sales Process training content
- Support the evolution of sales methodologies and field productivity tools
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Hands‑on experience with CRM () and related applications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into system and workflow solutions
- Experience in Med Tech, healthcare, life sciences, or a complex commercial organization
- Degree in Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or CRM support/BA roles
- Demonstrated experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
- Experience working closely with IT, developers, and field teams on CRM-based transformations
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP
