Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and interpret data effectively
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly
- Understanding of Business Processes and capability to identify areas for optimization
- Ability to translate Business Requirements into actionable solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in working in cross-functional or hybrid work environments is an asset
