As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s growth objectives. Reporting to the Segment Head and supported by senior leadership, you will focus on strengthening existing client partnerships while strategically expanding into new relationships. Your responsibilities include achieving annual sales targets in alignment with established risk parameters and profitability goals, ensuring sustainable success for both clients and the organization.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities include, but are limited to:
- Identify and solicit new accounts within risk guidelines.
- Maintain and grow existing vendor relationships.
- Prepare written sales/marketing materials for vendors.
- Prepare and perform written and verbal presentations to vendor prospects.
- Perform program launch presentations and support at vendor meetings/conferences as needed.
- Structure lease payments and programs in a creative manner that achieve profit targets.
- Achieve annual budgeted volume and yield objectives.
- Maintain proper expense discipline with controllable expenses and while travelling on behalf of company.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-starter and goal oriented.
- Understanding of credit and basic operational process.
- Ability to prepare marketing materials and presentations for vendors.
- Effectively present information to managers, clients, and coworkers.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Strong working knowledge of PC/Windows environment.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing or related discipline and a minimum of 7 years industry experience in a sales or related function.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Master's Degree preferred.
