• Demonstrate knowledge of property title searches, related documents, and common title issues
• Respond to customer requests via email and telephone, managing correspondence in a timely manner
• Manage assigned pipeline orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with service level expectations
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors
• Monitor workflows and resolve issues to keep processes on track

• Clear title knowledge related to commercial property title searches, documents, issues, and complexities
• Proficient MS Office skill set
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in escrow/title or curative lender role

• Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
• Strong organizational skills and good judgment
