Position: Operations Specialist, New England/New York/New Jersey

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Prepare materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings
  • Coordinate key events such as ACO retreats, ACO kick‑offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams
  • Assist in designing and implementing key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and CRM tools
  • Monitor compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulations and standards
  • Support the Market President/Executive Director and field team on special projects and data requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10% across the year for team retreats and events
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and extensive keyboard use
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of project management processes is a plus
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment
