What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage an overlay sales team to achieve new sales quotas and drive revenue growth
  • Recruit and hire qualified employees with strong sales and market knowledge
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to Senior Sales Executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales attainment and revenue growth
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and assist in resolving escalation issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Four‑year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
  • 5‑7 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Background in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, or related fields
  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in the legal market
  • Strong coaching and training abilities in a sales environment
