What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage customers to drive value realization and proactively mitigate churn risk
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective renewal and expansion strategies
  • Conduct business reviews that align customer objectives with the employer's solution value
  • Serve as the customer's primary point of contact for escalations and support coordination
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify risks and drive customer outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Renewal Management, or Customer Success in SaaS
  • Proven experience in negotiating and completing deals on time
  • Experience in quota‑carrying roles with a track record of consistent performance
  • Ability to manage deal cycles and act as a consultative, trusted advisor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience leading adoption strategies and acting as a customer change agent
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive executive‑level value conversations
  • High adaptability to changing priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Background in Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
