- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Renewal Management, or Customer Success in SaaS
- Proven experience in negotiating and completing deals on time
- Experience in quota‑carrying roles with a track record of consistent performance
- Ability to manage deal cycles and act as a consultative, trusted advisor
- Experience leading adoption strategies and acting as a customer change agent
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive executive‑level value conversations
- High adaptability to changing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Background in Salesforce CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
