The space serves as a versatile, customizable blank canvas, ensuring each event is unique. With a team of experienced professionals, City Market Social House provides expert support for event planning, coordination, and execution, delivering creativity and innovation at every step.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Sales and Business Development, based in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director will lead sales initiatives, oversee business development strategies, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, leading customer service efforts, managing sales operations, and fostering growth through strategic partnerships. The role also involves supporting Live Event Production efforts for major off-site events of marquis clients in conjunction with VOX Productions.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Event Production, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Strong skills in Customer Service to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Expertise in Business Development to identify new opportunities and foster partnerships
  • Experience in Team Management, including leading, motivating, and mentoring an event team
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote tasks
  • Experience in the events, hospitality, or related industries is a strong advantage
