Advisor-Sales Education; Instructional Designer

Position: Advisor-Sales Education (Instructional Designer)
Leads the design and implementation of advanced sales training strategies. Acts as a consultant to sales leadership, ensuring training programs drive performance and align with business goals. Lead enterprise-level training initiatives with broad impact across multiple sales teams or regions. Provides strategic input and guidance to leadership and mentors junior staff. Operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Design comprehensive training curricula for various sales roles.

* Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness.

* Analyze performance data to refine training strategies.

* Mentor junior team members and oversee content development.

* Drive adoption of digital learning tools and platforms.

* Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Gypsum $89,777 - $141,847

Illinois Pay Ranges:
East Moline, Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford $80,050 - $126,479;
Aurora, Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion $89,777 - $141,847

New York Pay Ranges:
Plattsburgh, Buffalo, Watertown, North Chili, East Syracuse, Nichols $80,050 - $126,479;
Nichols $84,538 - $133,571;
Bethpage, Montgomery, West Babylon $89,777 - $141,847

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field.

Minimum Experience:

Five (5) years in training, sales support, or instructional design.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Deep knowledge of sales strategy and go-to-market models.

* Advanced content creation and instructional design skills.

* Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

* Ability to influence and collaborate across departments.

* Strong understanding of sales methodologies.

* Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
