We are currently seeking a Training Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Department. This role is a key point of connection between our clients, distributors, trainers, and internal teams. If you are highly organized, detail-driven, and enjoy coordinating moving parts while supporting a sales and training operation, this role may be a great fit.

Work Hours:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday; overtime as needed

Work Location:

Hybrid (mix of in-office and remote work); office located in Sea Tac, WA

Compensation: $26.50 - $31.75 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do

* Coordinate and manage logistics for BDR training classes for distributors and contractor clients

* Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries from distributors, contractors, and internal teams

* Support Distribution Sales by managing lead flow, routing inbound leads, and maintaining accurate reporting

* Process training contracts, confirmations, and required documentation using established checklists

* Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and client information in Dynamics 365 (D365) and internal logs

* Prepare and distribute class preparation materials for trainers and internal stakeholders

* Coordinate printing, shipping, and digital delivery of training materials

* Track book counts, confirmations, post-class forms, and follow-up documentation

* Assist with setting up new training events and special BDRU events in D365

* Create and maintain basic dashboards and reports related to training activity and sales support

* Provide high-quality customer service and help answer phones related to training events and access questions

* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution of training and sales-related initiatives

What You Bring

* High school diploma or GED required

* 3+ years of professional office or administrative experience

* Strong project coordination and organizational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Share Point

* Experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

* Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork
