The Role:
Business Development Manager – IT Sector
This is a consultative, new business-focused sales role where you’ll engage senior decision-makers, uncover operational challenges, and position tailored IT solutions that deliver measurable business value.
You’ll play a key role in generating opportunities, building pipeline, and developing long-term client relationships — all within a supportive environment that rewards performance and progression.
Ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional looking to accelerate their career within the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Manager – IT Sector
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity (calls, email campaigns, Linked In outreach)
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline
Qualify leads and support broader business development initiatives
Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges and recommend tailored IT solutions
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from initial engagement through to deal closure
About You:
Business Development Manager – IT Sector
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
Ambitious, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
