Compensation:

Initio Sphere is onboarding Transaction Opportunities Scouts to identify, qualify, and introduce investment opportunities to our network of investors and fund managers.

This is not an employment role. Scouts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a structured verification and approval process.

Once approved, Scouts:

• Source and submit proprietary or off-market opportunities
• Introduce deals to investors, fund managers, and sponsors
• Earn performance-based compensation for transactions that close
• Build a verified track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and well-networked professionals.

Approved Transaction Opportunities Scouts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
• Provide structured deal context (asset, structure, size, economics, thesis)
• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
• Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts (who handle modeling and valuation)

Scouts are not responsible for
:

• Underwriting or financial modeling
• Preparing detailed investment memoranda

Based on approval, Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured, distressed, or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and network proximity to actionable opportunities

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

Compensation is paid upon successful deal close and fee collection

Exact economics vary by transaction size, structure, and Scout involvement
