• Manage the loan pipeline by monitoring application activity and following up on deals needing clarification
• Engage with dealers to confirm funding intent and address documentation requirements
• Collaborate with Dealer Relationship Managers to enhance service for top-performing dealers and re-engage inactive accounts
• Analyze dealer performance metrics and present findings to leadership for improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with lending laws and corporate policies while maintaining accurate dealer and member data

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Associate's Degree in Business Management or Finance, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution
• Strong understanding of indirect auto lending processes and dealership operations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools

• Experience with data analysis and reporting in a financial context
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with compliance standards related to lending practices
• Prior experience in dealer relationship management
