- Support enterprise program and project activities, including schedule, cost, and performance tracking
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and executive‑level reporting materials
- Produce routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and track action items to closure
- Maintain tools used to track program, project, and task‑level performance data
- Analyze data and communicate findings using written narratives and visual formats
- Support project management reporting and leadership decision‑making
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Experience creating and maintaining tools to track cost, schedule, and performance data
- Experience developing routine and ad hoc reports for leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation of analytical findings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements
