This remote position allows you to work from various states while managing sensitive information and facilitating important events. You will be engaged in a diverse set of responsibilities, becoming an integral part of an innovative work environment that values every team member's impact.
Accountabilities
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including logistics and documentation.
- Keep the CEO informed of time-sensitive issues.
- Complete a variety of special projects and prepare presentations.
- Coordinate communication on behalf of executives.
- Manage executive schedules and prioritize requests.
- Facilitate board meetings and corporate events.
- Oversee corporate giving initiatives and manage related budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive or team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
