• Identify and secure executive-level retained search opportunities with clients
• Lead client engagements and manage the search process from start to finish
• Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to client needs
• Conduct intake meetings to gather insights and inform search strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates for future engagements

• Associate’s degree plus 5–7 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED plus 7–9 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to assess executive talent through in-depth evaluations
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Quick learner with analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience in business development within the executive search industry
• Familiarity with market intelligence and candidate insights
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively
• Strong initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
