• Collaborate with technical and design teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently
• Conduct research on competitive landscape to ensure products remain best in class
• Own product delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

• College degree or recent equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or related position
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience working according to Agile principles and methodologies

• Experience and understanding of consumer auto financing
• Proficiency with data mining tools and customer experience management software
• Demonstrated ability to improve business key performance indicators through product management
• Experience interacting with executive management and stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of product proposals, roadmaps, and customer journey maps
