• Assist with bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll processing and reconciliation
• Ensure accuracy of employee time, earnings, deductions, and tax data
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Run and format audit reports; assist in troubleshooting any variances
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data flow

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field
• 3‑5 years of payroll or HR data experience
• Proficiency in payroll systems, preferably Workday Payroll
• Strong work ethic and effective organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (v lookups, pivot tables, formulas)

• Experience working in a SOX controlled environment
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and communicate clearly with employees
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects under pressure
