Senior Marketing Events Specialist; Remote

• Salary range of $95,000 to $115,000

• Plan and execute logistics for industry, customer, and corporate events and trade shows
• Manage event budgets, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to align events with organizational goals
• Provide on-site support and management for selected events and training sessions
• Oversee tradeshow assets, marketing materials, and promotional items

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, communications, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate event planning and tradeshow management
• Proven expertise in budgeting, contracting, and logistics for events
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and creativity in event concept development
• Proficiency in event technology and digital marketing tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite

• Certifications such as CMP, CMM, or CEPS
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with senior leadership in a corporate environment
• Strong analytical skills, capable of evaluating metrics and delivering presentations
• Adaptability in both independent and team settings
