CRM Analyst – Sales Optimization; Team; REMOTE

• Manage Salesforce CRM data intake, ensuring data integrity and quality
• Conduct Salesforce training and create documentation for Distribution users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Act as a project manager for strategic initiatives, coordinating project planning and execution across teams

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate effectively across functions
• Initiative-taker with a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Knowledge of business data analysis and customer segmentation techniques
