External Resource & Vendor Operations Manager

• Salary range up to $102,000 USD

• Manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, including outreach, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
• Support vendor and software utilization, maintaining contract dates and user lists
• Review timesheets and validate ERP data to ensure accuracy
• Perform periodic audits and support special projects across agency operations
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal for approvals and reporting needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of related experience in managing freelancers, vendors, and software in an agency or life sciences setting
• Proven experience with contract administration and project/resource management tools
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder/project management, and process design skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads

• Experience managing projects and supporting procurement workflows
• Familiarity with ERP, Workflow, or Contract Management system administration
• Demonstrated skills in vendor/freelancer sourcing and compliance
• Ability to conduct reporting and analytics on external spend and performance
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on system optimization
