Founding Sales Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Tallahassee, FL, with partial work-from-home flexibility. As the Founding Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the sales team, identifying opportunities within the fuel retail industry, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include developing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving performance targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

• Strong skills in sales strategy, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in negotiation, account management, and team leadership
• Experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting
• Skills in communication, presentation, and customer engagement
• Ability to work both on-site in Tallahassee, FL, and remotely as required
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the fuel retail industry is preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities
