Senior Contract Associate- Remote

• Oversee the full lifecycle of vendor agreements from drafting to execution and renewal
• Facilitate all phases of the vendor contracting process to ensure timely and accurate execution of agreements
• Collaborate with the Law Department and business stakeholders to ensure contracts meet operational needs and compliance obligations
• Maintain and update template libraries, clause banks, and contracting playbooks in partnership with the Law Department
• Track key contract obligations, renewals, and compliance milestones

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate’s degree or above preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in contract administration
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including reviewing redlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to high‑pressure situations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to change directions in workload based on required time frames
