What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead an overlay sales team to drive channel revenue growth and acquire new customers
  • Execute sales strategies involving AI products for capital markets and law firms
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to Senior Sales Executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales attainment and revenue growth
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and assist with escalation issues as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
  • 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business-to-Business marketplace
  • Background in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, or related fields
  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in the legal market
  • Strong coaching and training abilities related to sales processes and professional development
