This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £27,583.49, depending on skills and experience. It follows a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.
Tasks and responsibilities:Working closely with the Service Delivery Supervisor the role holder will be responsible for:
- Own service delivery and ensure SLAs are met
- Support client needs and provide solutions
- Monitor deliveries and analyse data for improvements
- Communicate performance updates to clients
- Liaise with carriers and coordinate ad hoc collections
- Handle queries, support invoicing, and manage claims
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed
- Proactive, logical, analytical mindset
- Able to work independently with strong ownership
- Comfortable with JDA and Salesforce (training can be provided)
- Adaptable to new technology
- Logistics or transport experience highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
