The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in cost proposal preparation. Responsibilities include analyzing solicitation requirements and performing quality assurance reviews for proposal components. This role requires excellent communication skills and understanding of federal acquisition regulations.

Travel may be necessary, 10-20%.
