• Collections:
  Handle soft collections with a relationship-focused approach tailored to their unique customer base.
• Payment Applications:
  Accurately apply payments and maintain customer account integrity.
• Sales Tax:
  Manage and process sales tax returns.
• Special Projects:
  Contribute to meaningful ad hoc initiatives like fraud investigations.
