** The Team and Role:
** The B2B Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts across the GCC region, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and reporting to the GCC Business Development Manager in the UAE. This role is key to drive business growth and achieve the role requirements. The role requires a strategic approach to expand market presence and foster long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. - Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team to enhance performance and productivity. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance. - Conduct regular meetings with sales teams to review progress and address challenges. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and manage complex sales cycles - Provide insights to senior management on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations - Manage and lead a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise clients. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. - Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. - Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

- Proven track record in enterprise sales, with experience in managing large accounts. - Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and strategies. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving. - Experience in using CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
