• Define and oversee work discovery processes across the mortgage lifecycle
• Design systems that simplify complex business processes into actionable tasks for various operator roles
• Ensure consistent tracking of operator actions to advance borrowers through defined milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable operational models
• Drive system adoption by designing user-friendly solutions that enhance operator efficiency

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in building internal tools or workflow products
• Strong understanding of operational processes and how they affect day-to-day execution
• Ability to decompose complex processes into streamlined workflows while focusing on end-to-end outcomes
• Skilled in data analysis to evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Experience navigating cross-functional complexities and aligning stakeholders on priorities

• Experience in regulated environments such as mortgage, finance, or healthcare
• Knowledge of workflow-oriented systems and integrating AI into business processes
• Familiarity with identity and access controls in operational systems
• Previous engagement with SLA-driven environments
