• Partner with senior leaders to transform business processes through strategic application of technology and operations
• Lead business process analysis, organizational analysis, and cost/benefit analysis to align solutions with business strategies
• Serve as a consultant between business customers and systems areas for the development and implementation of business processes
• Conduct training sessions for customers on business trends to support strategies for improving performance
• Develop compelling business cases and identify, assess, and mitigate business risks associated with current and future operating models

• Minimum of eight years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing company-wide business transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of business process management and technology
• Experience with functional, process, information, and data modeling, as well as applications integration
• Ability to lead large and sophisticated projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity

• Graduate studies in computer science, management information, business, mathematics, or a related field
• Three years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of new technologies and developments in the technology industry
• Familiarity with process redesign methods and tools
• Experience with performance management and organizational design
