• Lead the lifecycle management of assigned product categories, including portfolio optimization and SKU rationalization
• Develop and execute short- and long-term category strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
• Manage new product development projects from ideation to launch, including business planning, market analysis, and go‑to‑market strategies
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, lead‑generation activities, and digital content initiatives
• Maintain oversight of pricing strategies, margin improvements, and inventory investment plans
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives

• 7+ years of experience in product or category management, preferably across multiple categories
• College degree required (Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Healthcare); advanced degree preferred
• Strong business, financial, and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales, margins, and pricing efficiency
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing marketing and communications programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a drive for operational excellence
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare‑related products is preferred
• Proven ability to balance creativity and analytical thinking while driving results
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
