• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  Graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
• Strong expertise in Intelligent Simulation technologies and solutions
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences

• Recent experience in bringing AI‑enabled Intelligent Simulation solutions to market
• Subject matter expertise comfortable presenting at large and small‑scale engagements
• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies in the field
