Program Coordinator

We are partnering with a great client to support an upcoming system migration! The Program Coordinator will serve as a liaison for compliance, sales, IT, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will bring professional written and verbal communication skills, prior experience with data management, and a passion for compliance.

This is a short-term, full-time (40 hours per week), fully REMOTE contract opportunity
; candidates must be based in the Eastern Time Zone and authorized to work in the United States to be eligible.
The contract duration will range from 60 - 90 days with no intent to convert to direct hire.

• Support the transition of customer accounts into a new vendor management program by onboarding and migrating large volumes of existing accounts
• Maintain accurate customer data across platforms, ensuring records are complete, validated, and aligned with established workflows
• Follow documented processes and manage tracking tools to monitor account status, identify issues, and support continuous process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, IT, HR, and program stakeholders) to resolve data gaps and operational challenges
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload to meet program timelines while communicating progress, risks, and blockers clearly.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

• Strong ability to follow detailed procedures and work accurately within structured processes
• Experience working in data-driven, system-based, or administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail and comfort working through repetitive, high-volume tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Degree not required; relevant administrative or operational experience strongly considered
