• Support and advise agency business owners in developing profit and growth plans
• Coach agency business owners on sales results and execution of the state sales plan
• Assist in understanding district profits while respecting agency owners' autonomy
• Manage company programs relevant to individual independent agency business owners
• Build and maintain relationships with agency business owners and their staff

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions and support
• Experience with business systems to enhance efficiencies
  
  Prior management experience or proven leadership in project teams
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and financial analysis
• Required state insurance licenses:
  Property and Casualty, Life, and Health

• Experience in accomplishing operational business plans and marketing strategies
• Familiarity with budget management concepts
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
